Ghent Dredging owns several dredge pumps, both with and without cutter heads. These pumps are used for delicate jobs (= difficult to reach) as well as to discharge barges. Fixed with a cutter head we can also deal with hard sand layers.
Using these pumps we can successfully cover silt layers with sand, backfill quay walls and dredge around submerged obstacles.
Ultimately these pumps are used in confined areas where precision counts most.
